The second, written by Dominique loreau, presents the Zen way of life, resulting from the Japanese art of living, as a tool to achieve balance and happiness. 3 kifs per day (and other rituals recommended by science to cultivate happiness) de Florence Servan-Schreiber is based on positive psychology or science of happiness.
Finally, the fourth, Trust yourself, is a guide produced by Isabelle Fillozat intended for a better understanding of the reactions.
